A variety of screening tools are available to identify high risk clients to provide high quality patient-centered care with professionalism, compassion dignity and respect.

Dr. Martin Binyange, DNP, PMHNP-BC is a psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner with a doctorate degree. He works with children (six and up), adolescents, and adults. His mission is to work with clients toward better quality lives in their families and communities. He provides comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and follow-ups with medication management and psychotherapy.
Dr. Cyndia Glorfield holds a PhD in counselor education and counseling and a master's degree in marriage and family therapy. She works with children (Twelve and up), adolescents, and adults. She has 20 years of experience working with adults, adolescents, and couples with a wide variety of challenges. She works from a strength-based perspective, helping clients determine and utilize their strengths to attain their goals.
Jaritza Sierra, master in education and master in clinical counseling. As a counselor intern, I strive to approach therapy from a person-centered and holistic approach. I work to support my client's toward reaching their goals by providing unconditional positive regard, empathy and a nonjudgmental orientation. I understand that every person is unique and as such, therapy should be tailored to meet their specific needs/goals and work with my clients to facilitate an environment in which they can feel safe to explore the experiences, thoughts, feelings, behaviors, and beliefs that led them to their current reality. I utilize an approach that focuses on client's cultures, identities/roles, systems of oppression, power dynamics and relationships. I have specialized training in trauma informed treatment and am bilingual (Spanish + English).

As a leader she thrives in motivating her team and fostering an environment of open communication, guidance, initiative and effective problem-solving. Her focus and passion lie in assisting individuals dealing with mental health issues, working tirelessly to provide them with the support they need.
