About Us

The team provides optimized treatment for clients by improving early diagnosis of anxiety, ADHD (attention deficit and hyperactivity disorders), bipolar, depression, mood disorder with irritability and anger, disruptive behaviors, insomnia, obsessive compulsive disorders, phobia, and schizophrenia. A variety of screening tools are available to identify high risk clients to provide high quality patient-centered care with professionalism, compassion dignity and respect.

Martin Binyange

Dr. Martin Binyange, DNP, PMHNP-BC is a psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner with a doctorate degree. He works with children (six and up), adolescents, and adults. His mission is to work with clients toward better quality lives in their families and communities. He provides comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and follow-ups with medication management and psychotherapy.

Cyndia Glorfield

Dr. Cyndia Glorfield holds a PhD in counselor education and counseling and a master's degree in marriage and family therapy. She works with children (Twelve and up), adolescents, and adults. She has 20 years of experience working with adults, adolescents, and couples with a wide variety of challenges. She works from a strength-based perspective, helping clients determine and utilize their strengths to attain their goals.


Jaritza Sierra, master in education and master in clinical counseling. As a counselor intern, I strive to approach therapy from a person-centered and holistic approach. I work to support my client's toward reaching their goals by providing unconditional positive regard, empathy and a nonjudgmental orientation. I understand that every person is unique and as such, therapy should be tailored to meet their specific needs/goals and work with my clients to facilitate an environment in which they can feel safe to explore the experiences, thoughts, feelings, behaviors, and beliefs that led them to their current reality.  I utilize an approach that focuses on client's cultures, identities/roles, systems of oppression, power dynamics and relationships.  I have specialized training in trauma informed treatment and am bilingual (Spanish + English).


Mary Addelid Bayot, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC, is a dedicated psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. Raised in the vibrant city of Las Vegas, Mary's journey in mental health care began with a Bachelor's degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, in 2021, followed by the completion of her Master's degree in Nursing in 2023 from the same institution. With a profound passion for psychiatric and behavioral health, Mary is committed to expanding mental health access within the community. Her approach combines evidence-based treatments with personalized care, aiming to empower individuals on their journey towards healing and wellness. Outside of work,, Mary finds joy in spending quality time with her significant other, reading, exploring new destinations through travel, and adding to her collection of pins and figurines. Mary's holistic approach to mental health reflects her belief in balance and self-care for herself and her patients.


Jessica is an experienced Practice Manager with a strong background in the mental health industry, totaling over 10 years of dedicated service. As a leader she thrives in motivating her team and fostering an environment of open communication, guidance, initiative and effective problem-solving. Her focus and passion lie in assisting individuals dealing with mental health issues, working tirelessly to provide them with the support they need.


Gabriela is an experienced Medical Assistant and will be the first point of contact to answer any questions about the services provided at MHCWC. She will walk you through the intake process and assist in pairing you with the best provider suited for your needs and concerns.  She is highly trained in admissions, insurance verification, and providing compassionate patient care.
