We are currently accepting clients covered by Aetna, Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Cigna, Health Plan of Nevada (HPN) HMO, and Sierra Health and Life (SHL), Humana (PPO Only), Meritain Health, , Nevada Medicaid and Check Up, Silversummit Ambetter, Silversummit Medicaid, Prominence Health Plan (All Plans), Teachers Health Trust (THT), UMR, and United Healthcare. Call the office at 702-602-5250 during regular working business hours to check on insurance eligibility.
Self Pay Self-Pay or cash pay clients are welcome. Contact our office directly (702-602-5250) during regular working business hours for the information on the cost of the services you are looking for. We also offer appointment on demand that are available in the evening or weekend for self pay clients. Adjusted rates may apply for appointments outside of regular business hours.
Appontements consist of:
A. Initial in-depth psychiatric diagnostic evaluation - for approximately 1 hour
B. Follow up psychiatric evaluation, medications management, and psychotherapy - up to 25 minutes
B. Counseling/therapy for individual or group - usually 45 minutes to 1 hour
Payment
All major credit cards are accepted for payment. Checks are not accepted.
Cancellation Policy For clients who do not show up for scheduled initial psychiatric evaluation or follow up evaluation appointment, and have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, may be required to pay half of the cost of the session/evaluation.
